What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is not like what you see on TV or on stage. Hypnosis is not mind control, the hypnotherapist does not dominate their client, the client will not be subjected to negative or ill-willed suggestions, the hypnotherapist cannot make the client do anything they do not want to do.

Hypnosis is natural! You already experience Hypnosis while driving or watching entertainment! Hypnotherapy is a mechanism of guided imagery and healing used to create desired behavior patterns by achieving a safe, calm, relaxed, suggestible state.

Stage hypnosis works because we as hypnotherapists develop the ability to notice when someone is in hypnosis, and they get called upon. Stage hypnosis is all in good fun, so the participant, already in hypnosis, accepts the simple suggestion.

An individual in hypnosis has full control of the situation, words and actions. The client will never do something they do not want to do; if for any reason they want to end the session, they are able to bring themselves out of the hypnotic state.

What is Hypnotherapy?

I work with clients to adjust habits and mindsets such as general self-improvement, fears, and phobias. Hypnosis can physically and mentally relieve discomfort and pain - even childbirth and dental root canals!

Because hypnosis works with the subconscious mind, it can support you in achieving anything you set your mind to.

My goal is to support you in being the best person you can be. I am here for you.

So if you’re actualizing a goal, feel you have plateaued, have a blockage, or seek to take to the next level, we can work together to achieve it.  I invite you to keep me and hypnosis in mind.
